Radio For The Whole Community

GLOSS FM is fully owned by Severnvale Media CIC.  Essentially, a CIC is similar to a Limited company except that we may not extract a profit and all assets are “locked” within the company for use in the interests of the local community.

We aim to be “Radio for the Whole Community” serving South Gloucestershire and beyond including towns such as Yate,Chepstow, Thornbury, Wickwar, Bradley Stoke and Chipping Sodbury.

We broadcast 24×7 365 days a year on our webcasts and twice a year on FM.

We now have twelve successful FM transmissions under our belt, and we hope to continue serving “Radio for the Whole Community” to you.  Who knows, one day we may be on FM all year round!

The members and other supporters are organised into seven focus groups, each looking at a specific area of development to get the station on air. All of these are run by local volunteers and would welcome your support.
